EU PID Ready

Terms of use

Last updated: 18 September 2026.

Service and operator

EU PID Ready is operated by Gerard Botines Rates, Spain. Contact: support@eupidready.com. The service helps authorized Shopify merchants review product identifiers, import supplier data and prepare destination metafields.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to access the shop and use any supplier data you upload. Review matching decisions, identifier types, proposed changes and overwrite confirmations before applying them. You remain responsible for the accuracy of product information and for determining which requirements apply to your business.

Readiness and integrations

READY describes completeness and format checks performed by the app. It is not a legal certification or a guarantee of customs clearance, carrier acceptance or compliance. Destination metafield synchronization does not create a shipment or customs declaration.

Changes and availability

Confirmed changes may be processed in separate batches. Some changes may succeed while others fail or conflict; review the results. Third-party availability and changes can affect the service. Keep appropriate business records and contact support about unexpected results.

Access and plans

Features available to your shop depend on its verified plan. Any applicable subscription terms and charges must be presented and approved through Shopify. This page does not authorize a charge or change an existing plan.

Ending use

You can uninstall through Shopify. Uninstalling ends app access and triggers local data cleanup when the Shopify webhook is processed. Existing merchant-owned canonical PID metafields remain in Shopify. See the privacy notice for data handling.

Applicable rights

These terms do not exclude mandatory rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Spanish law applies, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
